They discuss Allie's recent experience taking the new credentialing
exam with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Allie shares
her insights and challenges, including the strict proctoring
process, where she couldn't move for three hours, had to remove all
distractions from her desk, and even had to provide a 360-degree
view of her testing environment. Despite the intense and stressful
