Chad and Brian talk about their favorite assessment, the Core Values Index (CVI). The CVI is designed to help a person know how best they contribute.  It was originally designed to help companies and organizations hire people who were a great fit for a particular role, what they call “A Players.”  They found that beneath having the skills and the experience needed to do well in a job, that what really drives success is the extent to which the role allows a person to express their unique combination of core values.

The CVI has two modes: free and complete.  The free version will tell you what your two primary core values are, for example: Builder/Innovator.  The complete will tell you the scores for each of the four values.  Each of the four has a score between 1 and 36.
